Although both stores sell gently loved items, we do not receive items on donation like a thrift store.  We limit the amount of items our consignors bring so that we can ensure they are bringing us the best of their best. Our items are hand-picked from local families bringing in their goods to sell. Unlike a thrift store, we will pass on things which don't meet our standards ensuring only the best make it onto the sales floor.  In addition, we go the extra mile and provide a clean, warm & organized environment to shop in. We love providing an easy shopping experience

And the best part is you earn credit to purchase new items in our store.

It's actually really simple and fun! After you drop your items off, we will price, and have them on our sales floor within 24 hours. Once your goods sell, you get 40% of the selling price to use anytime as store credit. 

We price based on demand, sizing and brand. We can't share our exact formula, however, you are more than welcome (and encouraged) to shop our racks prior to dropping off items to get an idea of our price points. We do our best to make our consignors and shoppers happy.

Glad you asked! First, decide how many items you are bringing. If you are bringing up to 30 items you will need to make an appointment. If you just want to check out the process next time you are in the store, gather up to 8 items and head in. No appointment necessary!

Bring your best items clean and ready to hit the sales floor. We will take about 10 minutes to go through your items. You are welcome to use that time to browse our store. When we have completed inspection we will go over the items we cannot take and that's it! Once your item sells you can use it immediately to buy something new to you

The best advice we have is to make sure you items are clean and looking good as new, whether is be clothing, shoes, toys or gear. Assume we will take your items straight from you, and onto the floor. We receive hundreds of items a day and don't have the resources to heavily clean each piece. A magic eraser or quick wipe down by you will make all the difference on the sales floor.

When dropping off toys, if it is part of a set, it helps to bundle those pieces together so we can assure they stay together until we are able to package them up ourselves.

We always pride ourselves on staying informed on childrens recalled items. If we find a product has become the subject of a recall while it is on consignment, we will contact the consignor to pick up.  You can get all the latest updates on recalled products here.  https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls
